Her temps were back to normal this morning, but the BP was still a little high. Eye drops were prescribed for the possible infection.
She GAINED BACK 2 OUNCES on the new cocktail of half fortified breast milk and half high calorie formula. She's trying to watch her figure for some reason, but we're onto her!
Dad (busted falling asleep in the chair) snuck some kangaroo time in this afternoon and wasn't as nervous as his usual... Adelina is getting better with her breathing. Nurse Patty weaned her cannula from a 2 to a 1.5 while Vince was holding her. She had a few drifts, but all in all did well. They are going to try and wean her off of the cannula all together if things go well. This could take some time, but we're going to try.Adelina has a hemangioma on the back of her neck that is starting to get pretty big for her little body. Doc Snyder said that they will keep an eye on it as she grows... we have to watch out for any rubbing or wear and tear from clothes as not to irritate it.
