She's either coming up with a new mathematical theorom here or wondering how the Sopranos will go tonight. As long as she keeps breathing, we're cool.
Adelina is on her 2nd day of free air... she's having a lot of drifts in breathing/heart rate, but recovering well. The nurses said that she's allowed so many actual episodes per day. She had a big Brady before Vince held her today, but then did well swaddled up and out of her cage.
She was a little gassy from the formula they are mixing in her milk, hence the title today. Her stomach is tolerating the new mix and is still soft to touch... we have to keep a close on her not to get a distended belly. They've increased her to 32ml over the 1/4 hour feeding schedule with the 0.4 lipids. She weighed 2lbs 11oz this morning!
Adelina still is taking caffeine citrate (for apnea), prilosec (for reflux), ferrous sulfate (to help her make red blood cells) and the tobramycin (for the eye infection).
