Dear Adelina,
This blog was dedicated to your sister, Sofia, and brother, Vincent... but the blog is for you, sweet heart. Although you are completely unaware, you've inspired so many people with your story and your strength. We couldn't be more proud to bring you home tomorrow. You've taught your parents very valuable lessons - to be strong in the face of difficulty, to beat the odds and not to give up hope where hope was almost lost.
I hope that one day when you read this, you will understand how special you are to us always. The day you were born we were scared for you and today we are amazed by you. This is your story, your strength, your beginning... we love you Adelina. Welcome home baby girl B.
Mom and Dad
To the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Abington,
I wanted to thank Abington Perinatal for giving me a few extra weeks by watching me so closely - without you, the chance to bring Adelina home would not be. You felt like my family at the time and gave me comfort and answers when I thought there were none.
Doctor Moomjiim and the nurses working the night of Sofia and Vincent's passing... we have never witnesses such caring and dedicated medical professionals. You will never be forgotten or thanked enough.
To everyone who cared for Adelina over the past months... We will continue to pray for you as you continue to make miracles possible. Thank you for giving our daughter your love.
Thank you and God Bless all of you
To everyone who has been following Adelina:
I want to thank you for keeping us going, supporting us, praying for us and thinking of our family. This blog has not only helped me keep everyone informed, but you've all allowed me to have "someone" who wanted to listen, day after week after month. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for checking in on her and wishing her well with thoughts and prayers.
I also want to thank everyone for their support over the loss of Sofia and Vincent. When we lost Sofia, the world came to a complete stop. Holding her as she was baptized and passing was the hardest thing I've ever done. Just when we thought it was all over, Vince was holding his son in the same way as I was with Sofia... a very brave little boy went to find his sister.
The donations to the March of Dimes and to Abington Memorial gave us a chance to help other premature babies and allow the memory of our children to remain in a very special place where angels come and go. We can only hope that our deepest thanks can be felt by everyone. Our children will be remembered long after we are all gone, thanks to you.
A very special thanks to Cousin Al for banking blood for Addy. I'm sure she'll tell you herself someday (at Family Fun Day of course) how you helped save her life.
Love and Thanks,
Jen & Vince

Jen & Vince,
I'm so happy that you get to bring little Addy home with you tomorrow. I'm sure it will be a wonderful day for your family that is sure to be followed by more wonderful days. I wish you the very best and can't wait to check up on Addy once you have a chance to update the blog :)
I think your note to Addy and your letters of thanks were beautifully written. I'm sure those that they are dedicated to will be so touched.
Good luck tomorrow!
Can't wait to see the pics of her at home!
Jen and Vince-
We celebrate this homecoming as if it was our own. We have been through so much together in such a short amount of time. We shared each others ups and downs and we admire your stength and optismism. We hope to be right behind you with our Baby B's homecoming.
Love to you family.
Judith, Jason and Nina Fox
Jen and Vince,

Jen & Vince,
We are so happy for you. Addy is amazing and we can't wait to see her again. I know Angelina can't wait to meet her. She has been looking at her pictures with me everyday too.
Good luck tomorrow and I hope the day will be beautiful for her home coming! We love you all!
Jen and Vince-
This has been such an amazing journey for you. You have ridden out both the highs and lows with such grace that it is truly inspiring. When Addy is 16 try to remember how much the fight in her meant to you! :)
Best of luck to you!!
Jen & Vince,
I wish you ALL- Love and Happiness.
I heard once that God only gives you what you can handle - well He gave you a lot and you took all that he gave you with love and courage and support from people you never will know.
Take care of each other,
Appy (Nina's grandmom)
