"Nothing Much" going on today... maybe Pete Adams can sing it for her someday. She's still at 3lbs 1oz and breathing room air with a little added pressure.
They've increased her feeding time to 37ml (over an ounce) over a 30min time period (with a 3.5hr rest). That's faster than Gianna ever drank an ounce ... but then again, it's going through a tube right into her belly. She still takes shallow breaths afterwards and had one small episode late last night in the middle of her feeding (while I'm holding her of course).
I forgot my camera, but her 3lb sign was posted! I'll get some tomorrow morning. She looks great all swaddled up sucking on her pacifier. The nurses said she's got 'attitude' and still fights to do what she wants - sometimes it's eating before it's time to, getting out of her snuggly, screaming crying to get away from nose drops or all of the above. We love it.
